Lime Limited, based in Matamata, is a consultancy business providing services involving marketing, human resources and recruitment.

Lime Limited is owned and operated by Louise Trower. Since 2005 I have been working in the Matamata-Piako district, and sometimes beyond, with a focus on providing a high level of service and professionalism to local businesses. Prior to that I spent 15 years working in a variety of roles gaining experience in marketing, sales, customer service, human resources and business planning.

At Lime I offer practical solutions developed specifically to meet the needs to your business and your industry. When working with you I will ask questions, listen carefully and try to understand your needs fully, be it related to employing a new team member, rebranding your existing company, reviewing a policy manual, carrying out a staff survey, developing a website....and much, much more.

I would love to talk to you about how I might be able to help you and your business. For more information I can be reached on mobile 027 2335449.

"Louise has been working closely with Abron for over five years and has provided the majority of our Human Resources function. Out sourcing has meant that we are able to concentrate on what we do well; consulting Farmers. Having Louise's knowledge and expertise in recruiting, appraisal, re-structuring and employee disputes has ensured that we are well informed and are following required processes. Louise gives our business peace of mind and is quick to respond to our employment needs big or small."

Russell Snodgrass, Managing Director: Abron Ltd, Waharoa
